WHAT DOES IT PROTECT PEOPLE FROM?
The list is too long to include here as it is essentially every known bacterium, virus and fungal pathogen/microbe that exists. The protective layer ‘kills’ the microbe when it encounters it, this means that any microbe that has an outer layer or ‘cell wall’ will be pierced and rendered inactive. The majority or harmful microbe are known as being ‘enveloped’ i.e., contained within a cell wall. Once this microbe is pierced, whatever was contained inside will immediately become inert.
